Position: Territory Sales Officer
Role: Sales & promote company product (FMCG/Dairy Product) through channel sales, meeting distributors in the assigned region (Kolkata)

Location: Kolkata

Annual Fixed CTC: Min : 6.0 Lacs Max: 8.0 Lacs
Qualification: Any Graduation , MBA

Note: We are looking candidates who has experience in sales operations, business strategy, distributor network with FMCG / Dairy / Beverage industry. Experience in Dairy industry an added advantage.


  • Plan, execute and manage sales operations as per the aligned business strategy
  • Contemplate and translate the RTM strategy into action, strengthen and drive volume growth
  • Work with a strategic objective to leverage potential business from General and Modern Trade
  • Take ownership of business being in a steadfast market to meet the established targets
  • Proficiently manage distributor network
  • Work on PJP, Route allocation and visit allocation for the team
  • Direct the team to ensure timely order confirmations and follow up for ensuring deliveries on time.
  • Provide competition related insights and data relevant to the team
  • Map business requirements, deep dive and analyse sales data and performance.

Required Candidate profile

  • Work experience with FMCG / Dairy / Beverage industry.
  • Experience in Dairy industry an added advantage
  • Self-directed, multi-tasker and determined approach
  • Ability to thrive with challenging goals and demanding situations
  • Keen attention to details, meticulous in planning and analysis.

Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 PA.
