To lead mobile marketing strategies get users for our mobile Apps.
You will support the team in delivering business success through acquisition and engagement of mobile customers while being the sole custodian of the App lead Customer Lifecycle Management. The ideal candidate would have the ability to work both at a strategic & planning level as well as be able to execute the plans and analyse the trends and data.
- Own the customer lifecycle management for StarsTell App – Acquisition, Activation, Engagement, retention, win-back
- Develop and deliver strategies to grow mobile customer base and drive engagement and repeat usage.
- Source, evaluate and test new user acquisition channels to grow and diversify sources of traffic.
- Plan, track and operate campaigns towards specific business and growth objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve acquisition and conversion funnels.
- Track and analyze results to identify optimization opportunities to increase conversion and new users.
- Understanding of all modes of Media Buying.
- Hands-on experience on user funnels optimization and marketing automation tool.
- Conceptualize & drive a pipeline of interventions to drive app engagement through relevant offers & deals, personalization, etc
- Plan and manage the budget to achieve optimum ROI per acquisition
- Analyze campaign performance and conversion, as well as mine data insights across database to look for trends
Required Candidate profile
- Experience in mobile app marketing, mobile app user acquisition.
- Understanding of App store optimization, facebook ads and other mobile app user acquisition channels.
- Proven track record of delivering customer acquisition growth, retention, and optimization across key mobile metrics.
- Understanding of content marketing channels, paid and unpaid.
- Strong experience in Analytics and mobile attribution systems such as mobile app tracking, adjust, etc
- Good communication and analytical skill
- Proactive with a sense of ownership and drive to deliver results
