Position:Business Development Executive- IT Software & Services

Note: It's an individual role, you are responsible for end to end selling ( Lead Generation to Lead conversion)

Location: Gurgaon, currently working from home
Experience: 2.0 - 5.0 Year's in same role
Budget: Min : 4.0 Lacs Max: 9.0 Lacs
Working days: 5

Mandatory: Candidate has experience in selling It software services and product + Lead Generation to Lead conversion

Job roles and responsibilities
Your role is to assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. You should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.

The primary role and responsibilities include:

  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
  • Keep prospective client database updated
  • Make cold calls for new business leads
  • Support in writing new business proposals
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
  • Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.


Required Candidate profile

Experience: 2.0 - 5.0 Year's in same role   
  Mandatory: Candidate has experience in selling It software services and product + Lead Generation to Lead conversion

Competencies and Skills Required 
  • Must possess strong customer service skills  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Must have good negotiation skills Must be able to create good presentations 
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Must be detail-oriented and an active listener Ability to work under pressure    

Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 9,00,000 PA.
