Salary Range: 15 - 23 k per month
Location: Vikhroli
Edu : Any graduate/Non graduate
  1. Inbound and Outbound Calling
  2. Customer Retention and Escalation Handling/Problem Solving & giving Customer Satisfaction
  3. Coordination with different team to resolve issues of the Customer(s)
  4. MIS / Data
  5. Handled Blended process (80% Voice,20% Email & Chats)
  • Rotational day shift - any 9 hour shift from 6 am to 11 pm
  • Weekoff - Rotational wo, 4 WO during probation, after confirmation will get alternate 2 WO (Week off)

Salary: INR 1,75,000 - 2,75,000 PA.
